BIBBLE & SIP - New York

by Punam Verma

So it's been almost 15 years since I last visited New York, and I have to say, it's still a manic city.

Personally I prefer chilled out places, so its a good job our hotel was just a five minute walk from Central Park. That was my little sanctuary when I needed a break from all the noise.

But I did find another piece of greenery in New York, known as Bibble and Sip. Bibble means to eat indulgently and sip implies cultured enjoyment.

Just before I was leaving for my trip to New YorkNow I kept coming across pictures on instagram of Bibble & Sip, so I was determined to go and see what all the fuss was about.

Now I'm not an expert when it comes to cream puffs, but for these little babies I would fly eight hours to New York all over again.  The famous bright green matcha cream puffs are seriously good. This place is full to the brim with flavours, from lavender & jasmine lattes, to earl grey cream puffs.

If only I had another stomach, maybe I would have been able to try everything on the menu.

They are located on 253 W & 51 Street. So if you are in New York I would highly recommend you make a pit (or should I say a puff) stop here.
