Hong Kong is a city of skyscrapers, culture, shopping and SO much food. But where should you eat when there is so much choice?
Well one of my favourite spots is M&C Duck.
When you walk in to the restaurant it has a very minimalistic and clean look to it, and the food is just the same.
It offers an innovative experience of the barbecued peking duck but with a European twist. In fact, there is a definite fusion in all their dishes, not only in the way they are cooked, but also in the way they are presented.
Even their desserts was incredible and very unique.
As for the taste of the food? Well, lets just say after being in Hong Kong for a week, and even eating at some of the most expensive restaurants in town, M&C Duck still stands out for me as being the best dinner I had during my trip. And don't let the fact that it's situated in the Gateway Arcade put you off.
I give it a 10/10 for taste, presentation, and the fact that I'm still dreaming about the food two years on.
